Limited Seating Available, Register Today!
We are very excited about the 21st Pittsburgh Racial Justice Summit (formerly the Summit Against Racism), a multi-cultural initiative of the Black & White Reunion!
More than 800 people attended the Summit in 2018, a testament to the value our community places on this unique action-oriented, anti-racist educational, networking, and planning event. Due to circumstances beyond our control, seating is limited this year.
However, this year brings a renewed energy, with events starting Friday night and continuing into Saturday night:
- The Opening Ceremony will take place on Friday evening, January 25th at 6:30 pm, at Union Project. Seating is limited to 300, please register early and RSVP.
- The core of the event is still a full day of panels and workshops, on Saturday the 26th, at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Seating for panel discussions is limited, please register early.
- We wrap up at the Union Project on Saturday the 26th at 7:30 pm, at Union Project, with an Organizing Dance Party to connect, celebrate, and organize!
If you would like to attend, register for the PRJS Summit.
If you wish to attend JUST the Opening Ceremony and/or the Organizing Dance Party, register for PRJS Opening Ceremony and/or Organizing Dance Party.
PRJS is a volunteer-led and run organization. Registration proceeds are used to cover the costs of hosting the Summit and for the Jonny Gammage Scholarship Fund.
If you are unable to attend, please check us out live on our Facebook page. Please check back for more details.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
